Abstract
This article aims to investigate the evolution of the phenomenon of artificial intelligence and its regulatory challenges in interface with the law and economic environments. This study takes into account the different approaches adopted by countries based on their legal traditions, and aims to provide insights into the benefits and challenges of each of them.
