Abstract
The research focuses on digital nomadic work and the emergence of new cultures of labor control, exploring how professionals in cyberspace react to these changes. The theme is developed through a dialogic methodology, investigating the reality of the modern work ecosystem and distinguishing concepts linked to the subject. Nomadic work, while attractive to workers, increases the possibility of risks to fundamental guarantees, distancing the achievement of decent work. This is due to uncontrolled working hours and mechanisms of digital dependence promoted through a false sense of belonging. On the other hand, the economic and purely capitalist culture does not prevent the realization of nomadic work. The principled basis motivating decent work is applicable to workers through social valuation and the reinforcement of mechanisms that promote social identity.
