The Brazilian Journal of Law, Technology and Innovation (BJLTI) invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original manuscripts for continuous publication throughout 2026.
BJLTI is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the interdisciplinary study of the relationships between law, technology, and innovation, promoting critical and comparative perspectives on contemporary legal challenges arising from digital transformation and emerging technologies.

Submission PolicyBJLTI adopts a continuous submission system (fluxo contínuo). Manuscripts may be submitted at any time during 2026, and accepted articles will be published according to the journal’s editorial schedule.
